Cannot add photos

"Secret photos" are secret only because they can’t be added in the first place. This app is supposed to be able to import photos from the Photo Library, but that does not work because none of the user photo albums show. Only the system albums are available (Camera Roll, Panoramas, Recently Added, and Screenshots). Another way to add photos is supposedly using wi-fi to connect to a computer. However, this does not work either. The browser always says the connection has been dropped. Other reviews suggest that many features were broken with the iOS 9 upgrade. I submitted a ticket on the developers site, but their stock response only told me to do exactly what I told them doesn’t work. It looked like this might be a cool app, but it simply doesn’t work and I do not have confidence that the developer is doing anything to fix it.
